With the fiercely competitive market, customers demand for products more customized, diversification, and now the mode of production has been manufacturing enterprises from the past to increase production to ensure inventory of production mode gradually into a single order of many varieties based on hybrid assembly production mode.Multi-product Assembly is different from the assembly line of a single species, there are differences of different products in each assembly station, type and quantity of materials required, there will be an assembly line station busy uneven, assembly waiting stagnation Suppliesthe tension series production imbalance, only through optimization, it can put into order to ensure the balance of the production line. The balancing and scheduling problems of the production line, are two important factors that affect the hybrid assembly. The balance of the production line optimization put into order, the commissioning of the order of the product is reasonable would affect the degree of utilization to the supply of materials, equipment, and material flow status. So a reasonable assembly Sort, can effectively ensure the continuity of production, production efficiency, shorten the production cycle, reduce the waste caused by the number of products to better promote the balance of the production line.In this paper, mixed line automotive research background to mixed assembly line production order for the study, research focus to the assembly process material consumption levelized into research objectives. According optimization goals, objectives were established based on tracing method and simulated annealing algorithm two mathematical models. Verified by an example, comparison, target tracing method objective function value obtained3293; simulated annealing algorithm obtained objective function value2860. From this, in order to solve mixed assembly line products into production problems, the simulated annealing algorithm compared to the target tracing method more advantages. Finally WITNESS simulation software for hybrid assembly line before and after the use of simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the production of products in order to simulate the process, through comparative analysis, image, visually validated through simulated annealing algorithm optimization, the product tends to be more flat material consumption standardized.
