The study of financial decision supporting system is the heating issue and important direction of application in decision-making field.There are a great amount of data and knowledge of dynamic fuzzy in this system. This thesis has introduced the theory of dynamic fuzzy logic to design and study the FDSS.The system has adopted the design of three- base structure which consists of data base, model base and knowledge base, aiming at improving decision efficiency and effectiveness of five sorts of problems in financial management: 1. decision on imitation and processing plans 2. decision based on the analysis of financial report 3. decision of financing 4.decision of investment 5. decision of stock profits distributionMain features of study of this thesis include:i. This thesis has carried out analysis of need for FDSS and established the frame ofFDSS.ii. This thesis has designed the dynamic fuzzy data base of financial decision as well as its management system, as to offer powerful reference basis for policymaker's correct decision.iii. This thesis has designed the model base on basis of FDSS of DFL, and mainly has designed the algorithm principle received through all kinds of model in model base.iv. Based on the theory of dynamic fuzzy logic, this thesis has represented and reasoned the knowledge base of FDSS, and has designed the function structure and logic structure of knowledge base management system.v. By adopted the theory of DFL and the theory of FDSS, this thesis has realized—stock profit distribution supporting mould in FDSS, and tested it in Wuxi RuiTao science and technology Limited company, then enjoyed the success.The study in this thesis shows the beneficial exploration to the combination of study of FDSS and DFL, so it has a higher theoretical value and social economic benefit.
