Using UML Design The Distributed Model Base Management System Which Base On Client/Server And Implement

Decision Support System is a development branch of Information System which is based on traditional Management Information System theory ,whose conception and technology are bran-new ,be the same with different fields．And it is made most progress in recently．　 Model Base Management System is core to decision support system, its basic functions include addition, storage, enquiry, amalgamation, edit etc. This document starts from the functionality perspective of the decision support system based on practical situation, have recommended DMMS-1 which is distributed Decision Making Management System based on Client/Sever mode. During implementing , a United Modeling Language(UML) was used and showed good results.In this system, the different user from different clients point can simultaneously,intercurrently use the models which were convergent set on the server, and They can query, transfer, combinate and evaluate etc. The superlative degree users can use computing language that is familiar to them to add new functional model. They can also add new parameter which is the data for model; intermediate users can modify on the existing operation of the system including modify the information of the model and the type of the parameter etc.Textual primary content is:The first chapter chiefly introduce the actuality and development of DSS.Then present the signification of this problem.The Second chapter present the DMMS-1 system on completely knowing DSS and it's correlation knowledge, especially the model base and model base management system, design and present the configuration frame diagram of this system.The third chapter present using UML to describe and design this system, In order to ensure the good design and flexibility of the system structure.The forth chapter using VB6.0, Implement the DMMS-1 system, while giving realization code of critical module.And the Last chapter summarize the whole system.
