Design And Implementation Of Quality Management System Based On Flexible Workflow

Along with the scale of an enterprise extending and the level of automatization improving,an enterprise needs reliable and mature technology to assure its development。When it comes to a company,the quality of the product is influenced by the level of quality management implement. because most work of an enterprise production management need many people cooperate and have obvious working flow rules and characters,workflow technology,as an advanced technology that realizes enterprise operation management automatization,is the very approach to solve such problems。Workflow technology can accomplish enterprise operation processes modeling and optimization,processes management and integration。Today it is a research hotspot and important problem in the field of enterprise management automatization in the world。Nowadays,total quality management and process management are widely applied。It means realistic to study how to apply these advanced management theory into the development of the quality management system that fits the corporation management requirements of today。Founding on the integration of flexible workflow technology and process management theory,a quality management system based on flexible workflow was designed and a flexible workflow process model and a mechanism of exception handling was presented which solve the problems of flexibly modeling and exception handling of the system。Research results showed that,compared with the traditional system,this system has advantages in process management and flexibility aspect。The investigation of this article has important value in expanding the workflow application in corporation system and improving the level of quality management。...
