Research On Business Organization Tools And Collaboration Mechanism Based On Workflow Technology

With the continuous development of computer technology and the constant change of business needs, the development and application of software can not keep up with the speed of business change. If combining the existing software in a certain and reasonable process to meet business needs, it will be able to quickly adapt to changes in the business and to avoid repeating the development of new software.A tool of business organization and coordination based on the workflow technology is studied and designed in this paper, which satisfied the above requirements. The tool will organize the software of LAN and services in the network into a certain sequence of business process to meet the needs of users. The tool mainly includes: business process modeling module, process engine module, exception handling module, distributed cooperative processing module.In this paper, the activity network diagram was extended to divide nodes into activity node and logical node which can better description business process, and a template verification algorithm was designed to check the logical errors in the design process; then the workflow engine is expanded and separated, which is convenient for the deployment, configuration and maintenance of the system; exception handling module is added to achieve better fault tolerance; Through the agent mechanism to build a distributed business organization tools, which able to complete the local area network of distributed business organization mission requirements; finally through the collaborative control mechanism to achieve the coordination of multi business processes.
