| Control device test equipment is used for reparing control device. It can play an important role in reparing broken-down device.PCI bus, FPGA, WDM drive programing and relative knowledge is used in the process of developing the test equipment. For instance, the PCI Local Bus is a high performance 32-bit or 64-bit local bus, which has a lot of predominance in high data-transfer speed comparing with ISA bus. FPGA is named Field Programmable Gate Array. Taking advantage of FPGA, we can design a complex digital circuit system. Embedded system design is completed in the dissertation, which is combined the computer control technology with PCI bus and FPGA.The design of control device test equipment based on PCI bus, including hardware development, drive program and application program, is discussed in the paper. The basic characteristic on PCI bus is introduced, as well as PCI9052, the core component in the card, which performs the control of PCI interface. Because the control device, which is to be tested, need to be drove by FPGA,and data structure need to be transformed by FPGA,the thesis introduces the basic theory and development routine of FPGA. After the design of the whole physical system is completed, WDM driver model design and application program is deeply researched, and related programming method is proposed.The embedded system, which is applied in the design, has greatly economized research time, and can decrease the number of chip, and improve the reliability of the system. It is easy for us to realize and upgrade its strong adaptability and good extensibility.In the practical measurement, the designed test device has achieved these functions such as driving control device, buffering data in Dual-port RAM,inputting or outputting data and transforming data structure, etc. The experiment results show that the test device can detect and diagnose the failure control device. Therefore, it testifies that the design is correct and successful, and has reached the anticipative requirements. |
