| In recent years, with the fast development of vehicle industry and cities'modernization, all kinds of traffic problems are becoming more and more serious, how to deal with the traffic problem has been a problem to the countries of the world. The Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) has come into being as an efficient way to solve traffic problems. The vehicle monitoring and management system is the core part of the ITS, and it has a very important position in the ITS. The aim of this thesis is to realize a vehicle monitoring and management system based on B/S, and it provides users with a platform of vehicle information inquiring, monitoring and management.Firstly this thesis studies the work principle and constitution of the system, and then presents the system frame design. Through studying B/S and C/S mode, we choose B/S mode as the system development mode, and then design the network frame based on B/S.Secondly, this thesis studies the WebGIS development mode and platform, and chooses MapXtreme for Java as WebGIS development platform, and then studies the application of MapXtreme for Java in the system and the realization of vehicle monitoring and track recurrence thoroughly.Besides, this thesis studies the application of access control in the system, and studies the RBAC model and its application in the system, and sets up a perfect access control system based on RBAC finally.All kinds of theories and technique presented above are well applied in the vehicle monitoring and management system, and the system is satisfied with the designed aim by experiment. |
