Along with the development of society, the organizational level of society and the social level of producing are more and more higher and there are much more information than before. So how to handle the information is an important task. The data warehouse (DW) technology that emergence at the 90's uses the completely new data organizational method to handle the large number of initial data and change them into useful information, then user can make decision by analysis the information.Data Warehousing(DW) and On-Line Analytical Processing(OLAP) are two of the significant new technologies in the business data processing and DSS arena, A data warehouse can be defined as a very large repository of historical data pertaining to an organization. OLAP refers to the technique of performing complex analysis over the information stored in a data warehouse. The technology of online analysis processing (OLAP) is close with the data warehouse, and it is the certification and analysis tool of data warehouse. It separates the data for analysis and decision from the operating environment of tradition and changes it into integrated and unified information, and by this means to help persons to make immediate and validate decision and get even more economic benefit.In this paper, we address this issue by proposing a model of a data-cube and an algebra to support OLAP operations on this cube. The model we present, OLAP Multidimensional Data Model, is simple and intuitive, and presents the features of OLAP such as multidimensionality, granularity, hierarchy and etc. In OLAP Multidimensional Data Model, the algebra provides a means to concisely express complex OLAP and provides some algorithms for OLAP query processing. OLAP application to Zhong-yang store Computer Integration Manufacture System (CIMS). Creates a relative sale data warehouse and its multidimensional data set.Finally, this paper studies the design method and step for building a data warehouse conjunct with the Relative Sale Decision Support System, and then researches deeply the application of data mining in Relative Sale Decision Support System. This paper also studies how to use the data warehouse technique and the OLAP method together effectively.
