| As the load bearing network of telegraphic services, transferring network provide communication channels for each service network.At present, the network of all telecommunications services has already found a considerable scale. With intensification of competition in the industry, all types of service network have entered to a stage of rapid development. So the network speed of facilities expansion and reconstruction is very fast, that needs higher quality of services for all kinds of service network constantly.For higher demands of users for network quality, the author feels the maintenance method of the existing manual mode has lagged behind the needs for network maintenance practically. According to studying of the transferring comprehensive network, the author explored a unified planning and management methods for this question, and established the network alarm monitoring, performance monitoring, performance inspection, full service fulfillment applications etc. The author had participate in the construction of the transferring comprehensive network in Inner Mongolia, and provided to several suggestions for improvements of network management. So I know that it is important to build a comprehensive system for transferring network resources, avoiding faults, improving efficiency and maintenance level.Based on knowledge of the Transferring Comprehensive Network Management System, this thesis discussed to solve facilities maintenance and to aim to construct Transferring Comprehensive Network Management System, and it analyzed an interface program in application systematically. |
