Management System Of Corrugated Cardboard Production Line

Along with the development of computer technology and popularization, the original production management technology has been far from satisfying the needs of the production. In order to cut expenditure and reduce staff to improve efficiency, the corrugated cardboard production equipment also means making use of modern technology to control and manage the entire production process.Because of the bad production environment and special requirements of production equipment, Embedded equipments are used to replace the ordinary PC in industry environment generally. This production management system is based on the Formosa Industrial Computing made up of MBM-530NS IPC board and a dedicated hardware Card. All IPCs install Windows XP Embedded and the software of production management systems runs on XPe. At present the system works well and it solves some disadvantage of the SCM(Single Chip Micyoco) system: inefficient, difficult to develop, without a graphical interface, etc. XPe is in the Compact Flash so it can enable the system to ensure reliable operation under harsh environment in a long time.In this paper I will be divided into two parts which are used to introduct the latest technology and software development. The first part describes the latest Windows XP Embedded(XPe), the generation process of XPe operating system and the deployment on target machine; The second part introduces the overall planning of the corrugated cardboard production management systems, database design, software development of key technologies and software debugging and improving the process.This system uses many new software technologies, Such as using Windows XP Embedded, using Ethernet in industry control field. Now this software system has been applied by many enterprises.
