In the Contemporary China society reforming process, the traditional culture inertia, the commercial culture impact and plural values orientation have created the complex social culture phenomenon, but the role of media in it is thought-provoking. As a "cultural installment" the medium took a very strong radiating power, has greatly strengthened "the aggregation force" and "expanding", becomes the formidable propelling force for the cultural dissemination therefore, the media cultural performance will move towards is affecting the mass culture reforming future trend in the very great degree. If we want to establish one kind of modernization economy and the health cultural shape, the mass media must think about the role it acts, and seeks road of positive solution.As the most popular media spectacle in recent china, "super girl" phenomenon is actually a mirror of the complicated culture in a transforming China. It gives us an opportunity and a typical example to study the biological circumstances of Chinese media. The Intemet plays a key role in "super girl" which brought a profound impact on our society. This article strives to analyze the effect of the intemet in "super girl", trying to find out the interaction between Chinese media circumstances and the society. The writer looks into the cultural anomie in biological era through a symptom-animadverting way aiming at the transformation of the society and the culture in the view of the structure-functionalism and seeking an answer of the future cultural regulation through the reconstruction of the mechanism and the variance of media quality.
