With the rapid development of Internet technology, online media has become a mainstream media after newspapers, radio and television. In 2015, Internet users have more than 668,000,000 people, of which, mobile Internet users reached 594,000,000 in China. They spend an average of 3 hours a day online, with watching TV likely to be flat with online. The comprehensive influence index of the network media is third after the TV and newspapers. We media used as the main force of online media, with it’s "by the people and for the people", public, to the center, virtualization, timeliness strong features challenging the distribution and status of the right to speak of traditional media. However, risk has uncertainty, diffusivity and different of cognitive class. It decides we media plays a role that are disseminator of information, the risk communicator, the role of amplifying the risk in the risk society. With the development of the Internet, we media appears to let people have a diversity of source selection information. Meanwhile, compared with the traditional media, communicators and audiences are not clear boundaries in the we media. Netizens have the same rights as traditional media practitioners in the we media. Firstly, starting from the characteristics of we media, analysis of its role in the risk society. Secondly, starting from the concept of responsibility, classification analysis from media users should shoulder the responsibility for the spread of true information released, check for self expression and self-responsibility in the media Celebrity V user guide public opinion. Therefore, the strengthening of social responsibility we media is very necessary.Strengthening of social responsibility we media, not only from national norms mandatory laws and policies, but also from the user we media itself. Majority of Internet users to enhance media literacy, and enhance the ability to identify network information; Schools should strengthen the education of young people in the network security, network self-education. Meanwhile, since the media platform itself should strengthen self-discipline, and establish a good pure internet.
