With the rapid development of Internet and the amount of information are expanding rapidly, managers face the problem of decision-making and policy-making environment becomes increasingly complex. Their dependent of decision support system has become increasingly strong. The traditional DSS has been unable to adapt to the increasingly complex decision-making environment and meet the growing demands of application. Grid has been called the third Internet technologies tide, which has brought the opportunities and challenges to decision support system development. New ideas of the Grid and the excellent characteristics of Grid platforms have make it well suited as a platform of decision support system. Grid combines decision support system can bring about new changes to decision support system also can play a catalytic role on the application of grid technology .This paper first research the framework of Grid-based open decision support system, and then analysis and design the systems on this base. And using the artificial intelligence Agent and the MAS technology in decision support system modeling.Decision-making resource management is one of the difficulties of decision support system research, this paper base on the open grid service framework , posed a method of decision-making resource management which taking the grid service as center. Using Semantic Web technology to solve the registration and found problems of the decision services, and then posed a decision-making services transaction model based on market biding mechanisms. At last, used a practical application to prove the theory and method of grid based decision support system are reasonable, effectiveness and feasibility.
