| Internet-based DRP (Distribution Resource Planning) is an effective solution which aims to integrate the functions such as include purchase, storage, sale, finance and so on.The inventory management is a major problem of DRP. Mainly because the market demands were greatly enlarged, distorted and delayed resulting in the storage increased, the safe storage is unnecessarily exceeded in and finally logistics is hindered. Targeting these issues, this thesis mainly focuses on the optimization of order in DRP at the following aspects:1. The structure of enterprise distribution model and distribution network is discussed, the model of inventory management in enterprise distribution network is analyzed and the classification model of inventory is built up.2. The DRP system is analyzed and designed,and the main technologies used in developing this system is introduced in detail.3. The problem of inventory management is studied in the thesis. Adaptive genetic algorithms which have advanced crossover and mutation abilities are adopted to optimize Joint Managed Inventory (JMI) of the distribution center and sale points in the area. The method is realized to search completely for the result in the feasible field. The searching efficiency is greatly improved and local or sub-optimal result was avoided. The stocks are reduced and the inventory cost is saved.4. Based on analysis of existing DRP system, a practical DRP system framework is proposed. A DRP system named DRP system has been implemented based-on the Tomcat/MySQL platform by Java technology. A series of functions including purchase, sale, loading,unloading, account etc are all successfully implemented.The informatization management of enterprise distribution process and finished products inventory can improve the operation efficiency of materials flow, commerce flow and fund flow, save the enterprise cost, increase the enterprise profit, strengthen the enterprise competitive ability, and ensure the durative of enterprise development. |
