Design And Implementation Of Inventory Management System For E-commerce Based On J2EE

E-commerce is booming in China, spring up a large number of distinguished enterprises, such as Alibaba, Jingdong mall, Taobao, Dangdang and other, various e-commerce modes such as B2B, B2C and C2C have emerged, there is a total of more than80million e-commerce enterprises in Zhejiang, most of which are small and medium enterprises, even the self-employed persons. For large-scale e-commerce enterprises, such as Alibaba, Taobao, Jingdong mall, Amazon and other, have invested a lot of financial resources to build IT infrastructure. The majority of SMEs is limited for the scale and financial strength, are rarely able to invest in the construction of IT systems.Inventory management has a very important significance and role for enterprises to improve efficiency of funds to use and reduce operating costs. This paper designs and implements an inventory management system for small and medium e-commerce enterprises, including data management, statistical reporting, warehouse management, entering-warehouse management, transfer bank loan management, inventory management, daily residue management, and out-of-warehouse management. Among them, out-of-warehouse management includes picking and weighing links, the part of the operating process will be integrated into the inventory management system for the small electric commercial enterprises to meet the actual needs of enterprises.The system uses the mainstream of development platforms and development tools, using J2EE technology to improve the system’s cross-platform, to adapt to the needs of different users. Using the Spring MVC framework technology, to separate the web effects and the business functions, is easier to system development and maintenance of late.System backstage is using the large database Oracle, to ensure the stability and security for inventory data. Of course, the system is optimized for the Mysql database to provide users with a variety of options to reduce user costs.Through the inventory management system,users can keep abreast of the latest inventory information, understand the situation of entering-warehouse or out-of-warehouse, lookup the supplier information.Meanwhile, the inventory changes information correspond exactly to business sales or procurement process,so when the system inventory is no the same as reality inventory, through query the inventory transactions can find the problem, we can have a evidence to follow and responsibility to the people. Ultimately, the user can achieve a high efficiency and low cost method for inventory optimization.
