Study On The Organization Structure Design Of Shaanxi Nature Museum

Recent years, with the rapid development of market economy and improvement of living condition, people's requests for nature museum are more and more. Museums should improve themselves to adapt to the change of its environment and analyze the proper organization structure to carry on the strategy efficiently.At present, there are four departments in domestic nature museums. The biggest disadvantage of its organization structure is dividing collections, researches and exhibitions from each other. It only emphasizes on division and responsibility, but don not pay attention to connection and system. So they cannot adapt to the new requests for the development of nature museums and go into the operation crisis. The thesis does the research on the organization structure of Shaanxi Nature Museum and collects a large number of information about domestic and international museums. The writer analyzes the present problems of Shaanxi Nature Museum by using analyzing method. According to the situation and development request of Shaanxi Nature Museum, the writer makes the basic principle of organization structure of Shaanxi Nature Museum by using organization management theory and organization design principle. The writer analyzes the main working process and function of Shaanxi Nature Museum concerning some factors such as information, knowledge management and tourism management that affect the structure design of Shaanxi Nature Museum. The author also gives the design proposal of Shaanxi Nature Museum during the construction and operation period. The writer thinks that Shaanxi Nature Museum should use the proper structure proposal to show the development feature of museum according to different developing period.As a national large scale nature museum which is operated by enterprise, the design proposal of organization structure of Shaanxi Nature Museum takes an important role to achieve the development aim under the market economical situation. At the same time, it also takes an important role on the improvement of the traditional nature museum.
