According to the need of aviation equipments, we developed some type airplane engine fuel main pipe experiment equipment. The instrument is used to test the capabilities of fuel manage pipe. Concerning this type of airplane engine, the main part is fuel main pipe which can influence the capabilities of the airplane engine. The technique parameter which can assess the fuel main pipe is eligible or not is the degree of asymmetry of all the muzzles' distributing on the main pipe equably. The degree of asymmetry is tested when the press and temperature or the flux and temperature of fuel are gived. The intrinsic experimentation instrument has a lot of disadvantages. The degree of automatization is low. Taking time and hard sledding. The precision of press adjusting can't meet the need. The temperature can't realize autocontrol. Some parameters is showed by appearances and the appearances with finger can't be observed easily. In the other side, the appearances' precision is low and can't note and analyse the data obtained in the course of test. In order to solve the problems above, we developed the type of airplane engine fuel main pipe experiment equipment. It is constitute by installing machine, hydraulic system, electrical control and software.The paper is to introduce the testing and control system and temperature control system of fuel main pipe. The system can finish the automatization of the whole course of the testing including self-regulation of flux, press and temperature and data collecting automatically, data analyzing, accounting and storaging. In the end, gaining the value of 8 which is used to judge the manager pipe is eligibility or not and it also provide gist for accommodating of manager pipe configuration. The text introduces electrical control system, the software of the experiment equipment, test flow by VB6.0, realizing method and control strategy of temperature control system. According to transfer function and practical instance of temperature control system, accomplish the simulatation of linearity and non-linearity model using model-base in Simulink.The testing and control system based on VB6.0 makes the best of programme resource of Windows. At the meantime, the operation interface is friendly and it can be handled easily. The system has the capability of test data collecting and disposing and computer aided control, so it can be used to test of fuel manager pipe easily. The test parameter can be shown automatically. The result can be accounted and stored automatically. The test time is shortened largely and it has some practicality; According to the simulatation of temperature control system, the better control precision can be obtained with mature control experience. In the other side, energy sources can be saved largely.
