| In this paper, designed a system of disposing and online controlled sewage based on embedded system. Firstly, it is introduced the shortage of disposing of sewage in our country, and the source and the meaning of the research, and the target and the content of this paper.In chapter 2, introduced intelligent controller, which makes the system more adaptively to the nonlinear and time-variant system, makes up the shortages of disposing of sewage based on PLC. PID, Fuzzy-PID, Fuzzy-PID based on GA are used in the disposing of sewage and emulated by using Matlab. The controller based on GA-Fuzzy-PID is more efficiency in disposing sewage.The hardware are designed in the chapter 3, S3C44B0X are used in the paper as the main controller. S3C44B0X is 32 bit RISC controller, and provides several hardware connections, and speeds up the disposing of data, according to the desire of disposing of sewage, the parameters of oil and COD, LCD touch-screen, SDRAM and so on is designed, which provides the hardware for disposing sewage.μc/osⅡ makes the system more stable, real-time, open, distensible and disposed several tasks. μc/osⅡ is used and transplanted in the papers, it makes the system of disposing of sewage more stable, real-time and the ability of disposing several takes. realized to measure and analyze the parameter of oil and COD, and adjust the quantity of drug according to the changing of the parameter., and control the state of electromagnetism valve and on-off valve and pump ,then realized online control of disposing sewage by using μc/osⅡ and S3C44B0X. At last, transplant the μc/GUI as the interface of user, adopt LCD with touch-screen, it makes the user more convenience. This system has gained the purpose. |
