Study On Once-through Boiler Main Steam Temperature Character And Control Strategy

In this thesis, the main steam control system is divided into two segment to design based on the character of the main steam system of big once-through boiler, first, adopt caloricity signal to adjust the ratio of fuel and water to keep the intermediate point temperature stabilization, second, the intermediate point temperature is inducted to the second regulate system as feed forward signal based on its effect. Smith predict , Self-tuning control algorithm are applied to the model of 500MW Panshan once-through boiler main steam system, the result of simulation indicate the effect is practical.
