This article, through analyzing the production process of corrugated pipe, points out the main problem of measure and control in production process. By researching the existing state and the development of temperature-controlled system, in order to fit corrugated pipe production technics's particular require, through analyzing all variables which influence charging barrel's temperature, and testing extruder charging barrel's temperature characteristic, and comparing PID, Dahlin algorithm, Smith predictor and fuzzy control, a fuzzy control method to control the temperature of corrugated pipe production, which subsection integrating element is used, is offered and a control device is finished. A fuzzy control system has peculiarity as easy realization, good stability and little error. Using singlechip technic, the author has developed a system to control the production process of corrugated pipe, including hardware and software. Anti-jamming measure is used and tested in system. Then the author verify the system correctness and carry out multipoint temperature control of corrugated pipe production. Through the automatization alteration of production process, the production technics is optimized, the product quality and management level is advanced. The control system is designed with the best capacity and lowest price.
