To provide a unified development platform, reduce the cost and complexity of multi-tier development application. J2EE provides strong support to the integration of existing applications, and supports the deployments and packages of application; Consequently, J2EE would enhance security mechanisms and performance of system. In a word, J2EE provides a complete set of lightweight solution to enterprise management system by its opening Multi-tier architecture, high availability and scalability.Aimed to the characteristic and requirement of power mill enterprise production in this thesis, Firstly, this article introduces the present research and application of development situation of production management at home and abroad, gives a brief introduction o f management information system, and then lists the basic contents of production system. Secondly, in theory, analysis data-flow and introduces architecture and database designation under enterprise actuality and production features; at the same time, the implement of every tier will be expatiated from the software technology side. In the end, a system will be developed based on J2EE platform. It adapts to congener enterprise and enhances the efficiency of production and management standards.
