With the development of the computer and network technology, thermal power plant needs to gradually form an information and network system. The enterprises normally ensure production safety, economic operation and the successful completion of the production tasks by upgrading their computer network technology. For the scale of application systems are expanding and requirement of the portability and scalability in module is also increasing, the traditional development methods do not have enough power to deal with these requirements. In this dissertation, based on J2EE plant and MVC design pattern, a thermal power production and team management system is described. It achieves the aim of upgrading production team management by a scientific, digitization and standardization method. It improves the management effectiveness and efficiency, reduces operating costs.In the first part of this dissertation, based on the J2EE multilayer frame technology and MVC design patterns ideas, there are suggestion to use the integration programmer for Struts2, Spring and Hibernate by analyzing the lightweight Web application framework on the role of different layers. According to the business process of thermal power production and team management, the management system is analyzed and designed four layers. They are presentation layer, business logic layer, data persistence layer and domain model layer. Then it implements the system view, the complete separation of controller and model, and the separation of business logic and persistence layer by constructing new software architecture, which enhances the system reusability and development efficiency, reducing the coupling between the layers. Additionally, in this dissertation, system combines with Ajax asynchronous interactive technology for presenting the Ajax+JSON+jQuery data transmission scheme which can improve the response speed of Web. Finally, testing results show that the application effect of the system is good and has a strong operational. It offers a new way of thinking and solutions for enterprise applications in future.
