Portable searching induction radar is an information-based device. It is characterized by full day working, mobility, easy to search targets, tracking, indication, inducting missile-launched. The system includes receiving and sending antenna, receiving and sending machine, DSP signal processor, display and control terminals, collimation display, and so on. It not only resolved remote alarm of weapon system, exact collimation, proper shooting, but also could finish the aerial-defense fights, improve the fighting effect of weapons.Target tracking is the key part in the system. It receives the data from signal processor and processes the second radar information. Therefore, the flight tracks of moving targets are formed. The key techniques of the flight track are filter algorithms and how to ensure the right tracking wave-gate. Based on researching the usual filter algorithm and considering the real-time request, the thesis improved the mixed filter algorithm and researched the wave-gate connecting method. Then, the tracking results are displayed on the screen by using PPI displaying method. Meanwhile, the procedure is applied to the fighting command. Finally, it is testified by simulation and test.The system has flexibility, extensibility, and can form the independent aerial-defense fight commanding system by combining some weapon systems. Besides, it forms the modern aerial-defense system and makes the fight command informationization and automatization.
