Civil Aviation Flight Display System Analysis And Design

With the developing of the competition in civil aviation, passengers and flights are increasing every year, so international airports need an efficient service support system to support effective service for their customers. FIDS(Flight Information Display System)is an important airport support service system for passengers and airlines, the system can automation run by the united flight information, and can control the display terminal such as CRT(Cathode-Ray-Tube), PDP(),LCD(Liquid Crystal Display),LED ,etc, and it can correspondent the flight plan and dynamic information on time, and display correct information to passengers and airport workers, the information including passenger need to know and urgent notices ,etc.FIDS use a computer act as a main control center, this computer accept all kinds of fight information from flight display server, then forms the domestic arrivals, domestic departure, international arrivals, international departure four standard video signals, after modulate, mix, magnify send to TV signal distribute net. The FIDS implements publishing the flight information (e.g. luggage claim information), other information for example notices or advertisement multimedia information.The system base on windows operating system, and uses ORACLE 9i as the database server, with the C#.net, ASP.NET technology, implement the information exchange, transfer, control and monitor. The system is divided into data layer, application server layer, communication server layer, work station layer. The system functions are strong, its performance is reliable, its interfaces are friendly and it is convenience in use.
