Realize And Research On The Network Communications Of The Train Monitoring System Based On VxWorks

Train's controlling and recording device in running is developed on the basis of analyzing the railway facility situation of our country and the actual transportation demands, it controls train's speed in order to ensure the train's safety on the running. The device can control train's running accurately and protect train's security by sampling and recording various message of the train in time. The thesis introduces the study and the design of data communication of the device.VxWorks has been used on target, and it has high performance, also it is the Real Time Operational System and could be reduced and be implanted at the same time.This technology is really reliable and has excellent real time application and usage.It has been widely used in communication, military affairs, navigation, spaceflight and many other high end technology industries.First , the thesis introduces the development history, system structure and characteristic of this device, and also tells the general situation inside and outside; Second, after introduceing some theory knowledge of the locomotive controls,the thesis introduces the fundamental principle of VxWorks which is the system platform of the device and some developing experience of VxWorks system and the integrated development environment Tornado;Third,the paper introduces the hardware structure and software design of CAN bus data communication system, including the operating principle and the application in the system and also introduces the functions of every module in detail, and shows the drive and the way of communication in VxWorks ;Fourth, papers research the dual redundancy technical characteristics, analysis the reliability of the system, realize the modules redundancy of system software and the CAN Bus redundancy through software design; Finally, the thesis introduces the RS-232 serial interface protocol, and how to prepare locomotive store system software.
