With the developing of digital technology, requirements to the input-graphicsdevices of computer are increasing more. In some professional field, the traditionalscanner cannot be better competent at its task; therefore, development of Scanner withBig Breadth is extremely urgent. Scanner with Big Breadth is mainly used to implementthe digital in some special fields such as mapping, precious documents in the museumand so on. As a new technology of Scanner with Big Breadth engineering, Multi-CCDScanner can impove the scan breadth deeply, at the same time this will also improve thescan speed and precision.Main research object of this thesis is to design and implement Multi-CCD DataAcquisition System in VxWorks. The paper contains three parts. In the first part, itmainly introdues VxWorks embedded system and USB system, then analyzes themechanism of VxWorks kernel, Data Transfer types of USB system; In the second part,it mainly elaborates the process to design and implement the Multi-CCD DataAcquisition System, it contains indication and implement of Three-Tier architecture inthis system. In the final part, it mainly proposes Multi-CCD Data Acquisition Systemwithout Controller model, and then it gives analysis of this architecture. This modelbrings further optimization to Multi-CCD Data Acquisition System. This paperdetailedly discusses the design concept, the process and the software realization. Finally,confirms Muti-CCD Data Acquisition System feasibility and accuracy throughexperimentation.
