Analysis Of Small Archival Storehouse Mural Thermal Insulation Material Combinative Designation Projects

Archives have been playing an important role in social development andhistorical research. Archives establishment is an important place to conserve archivalmaterials not to be damaged. Archive protection technology is a science that studieslaws of the archival material's ageing and technical methods of scientific protection toarchives, its task is to farthest limit archives' prolongation life. For this purpose, this paper makes a tentative research on storehousewall thermal insulation function of small archives establishment. Under the principlesof according with scientific laws, application and economic running, a series ofsurrounding structure designs of the archive storehouse wall thermal insulation andlowering the temperature have been raised. Its purpose is for wall construction ofarchives establishment located high temperature region in summer to provide aninspiration.The contents of this paper contain several parts as below:First, the important meanings on archive protection and the harms of hightemperature to archive protection have been stated, thus important properties ofthermal insulation design on the mould of surround structure of the archive storehousehave been raised. The purpose, meaning, content and method of the research onthermal insulation function of the archive storehouse of small archives establishmentare put forward through analysis examples on thermal insulation design of thestorehouse wall structure of archives establishment in inland and abroad. Second,thermal insulation materials of the storehouse walls of small archives establishmentare selected, the concept of thermal insulation materials of wall structure and materialcomposition and thermally physical properties and others are introduced, thus providing design and calculation of thermal insulation scheme of the storehouse wallsof archives establishment with basic data. Third, thermal insulation design andcalculation grounds of the storehouse walls of small archives establishment arestudied, three grounds and one principle on thermal insulation design of thestorehouse of archives establishment are brought forward, that is, our country climatedistribution feature grounds, administration grounds of archives establishment, designstandard grounds of structure thermal operation in China, and the structure principleof the storehouse of archives establishment. At the same time, the formulas on thermalinsulation calculation and data are explained. Based on the conduction characteristics of the walls, this paperdetermines feasible selection and use schemes of the east and west walls and southand north walls.The paper has provided a mural structure design project, which not only canfulfill the requisition of《civil structure design pyrologic criterion》and《publicstructure energy-saving design standard》and also match up with the principle of archive storehouse structure thermal-insulation application and economical aim, toproffer some helpful advices to the constructing.
