Analysis And Design Of OA System Based On Workflow Technology

With the development of enterprise information of our country, many corporations applied the office automation system inside. But, in the process of practical applying of OAS, a few enterprises faced many problems. When the structure and business process of the enterprise were changed, the old OAS would not content with the office demand of an enterprise whose structure had been changed. These problems restrict the application range and the development foreground of OAS mostly. So we need to build OAS, which is flexible and can adapt to the changes of business process .Such OAS is the one of the developing trend. Meanwhile, Workflow Technology is a new subject in Computer Support Cooperative Work(CSCW) field. It is the key technology that realizes enterprise's business process modeling, organization modeling, process running, process supervising and management, and finally realizes automation of the business process. So the paper emphasizes on discussing how to use workflow technology combined with office automation system to implement flexible, universal and strong adaptive OAS.At first , the paper sums up the development of OA and workflow technology, after workflow management system, the workflow model and modeling method are introduced, process model, organization model, resource model and accessing control model of OA are analyzed;Then process modeling, model instantiation, routing selected, document and workflow combined, instant inspected and task delivered are designed. At last, it explains how to use ,execute and operate the document flow system. The instant proves that it is feasible to build OA system adopted with workflow technology.
