Ssl Data Security Transmission System In Embedded Systems Research And Realization

With the development of the internet and the embedded system, the technique to securely protect sensitive communication between embedded server and embedded client has become the hot spot of research in the field of security. Various embedded systems used on internet need different security levels, because of their different aims. At present, it is difficult to find a general standard that satisfies all kinds of security levels for the embedded system .So we must establish our own security system for the embedded internet WEB system developed by ourselves.This thesis consists of two parts. The first one introduces characteristic of embedded internet WEB system and some fashion security systems used for the internet and then analyzes SSL protocol and its security capabilities carefully. The second one explains how to get excellent capability of SSL protocol by discussing of the spent on encryption, the selection of arithmetic and the size of record. Finally the embedded SSL protocol is established according to the characteristic of embedded internet WEB system, the standard for security and demand for performance, and message format during handshake is designed, then the embedded SSL protocol is implemented in embedded internet WEB system.
