With the continuous development of computer network technology, more and more people recognize its importance. To an enterprise, especially large enterprise, Computer network is absolutely important. Firstly, it can provide resource sharing, such as share resources on the server which users can visit. Secondly, it breaks the shackles of the location, and provides a powerful medium of communication. This makes that the two terminals can implement mutual remote communication. At the same time, it implements the paperless office work in the enterprise. This improves the work efficiency of the enterprise. Therefore, more and more enterprises have set up their own internal networks-enterprise network.According to the users' different needs, enterprise network should provide all kinds of services. And enterprise network should provide some basic services, such as enterprise information portal, e-mail. Of course, some business enterprises also need some special services, such as video conferencing and so on. Therefore, how to maintain them has become the key problem which every enterprise should solve. The emergence of SLA (Service Level Agreement) provides a good solution. The Chinese full name of SLA is a service level agreement. It is a formal agreement between the service providers and users. It includes that the service provider should provide a guarantee of the quality of service. In fact, the core of SLA is still QoS parameters. These parameters include performance parameters such as network delay, network bandwidth, bit error rate. The best method to maintain the services in the enterprise network is the proper control of these parameters. Therefore, we can use SLA to maintain the service in the enterprise network. All the services in the enterprise network have their own performance demands. To maintain these services, we should make the respective proper standards of these services, and then establish their own SLA. So the key problem is the analysis of these services' performance demands. This paper analyzes four typical services (video conferencing, enterprise information portal, fee agents and e-mail) in the enterprise network, and then presents a constructive solution to maintain these four kinds of services.
