The Development And Research Of 3D Standard-part Library For The Door System Of Urban Rail Vehicle

With the rapid development of manufactory science and technology, standard part selected in the mechanical designing is becoming more and more. The standard parts and standardization is an important identification of the level of design and manufacture of a state and an enterprise The efficiency of design can be raised by establish the general standard-part library which is according to both the national and enterprise standards. The design cycle could be shortened , the production costs could also be reduced by the establishment of the standard-part library for the door system of urban rail vehicle enterprise. The research achievement has great utility value and good application prospect.A great amount of studies have been done at native and overseas. But there is a lack of special standard-part library in the door system of urban rail vehicle, and it causes a series question. This paper is organized around the development technology of the 3D standard-part library, the main works and research achievements are as follows:1. Analyzed the correlation technique for developing 3D standard-part library, which were well prepared for the theoretical basis of the development of the standard-part library.2. Secondary development was done to SolidWorks oriented door system. The admission of the standard-part, the principle and methods of establishing the standard-part library were analyzed and studied, the corresponding of elected criterions were established;3. Established the hierarchy system of door system, and the code norm of general components and parts were also established. The overall design of standard-part library for the door system of urban rail vehicle was accomplished; and develops a 3D standard-part library for the door system.This research is one of the subjects supported by the modernization equipment research center of rail vehicle of Jiangsu province.
