Nowadays, the combination of computer technology and network technology promotes the development of industry greatly, a great deal of systems based on network technology and distribute conception have been applied to industry, and brought revolutionarily change on industry. As an important element of modern industrial technology, remote monitoring covers many technologies such as computer, telecommunication, control and graphic technology. It use multi-resource technology to transfer, monitor, manage and integrate information, and complete monitor fast, Real-time and efficiently.In this paper, based on the water supply system with constant voltage, we propose a more perfect function water supply system - remote monitoring water supply system with constant voltage. It has many advantages such as saving energy, safe, high quality, We had designed the remote monitoring water supply system with constant voltage, the work included as following:(1) Hardware system: It contains the building of this system, the selecting of the sensors, executive element, other elements, and data sampling module, living control module and remote telecommunication module.(2) Software system: It contains the Human-computer interface, real-time monitoring, error dialogue, auto-control and designation of the data management system.(3) Designation and realization of network function: C/S module, TCP/IP, PROFIBUS bus, DataSocket network dynamic data change, data encode and net real-time transmission.The entire control system integrates the detection, controlling and management, it is consist of distributing management, control configuration, internet, managing layer, monitoring layer and water supply equipment layer. It satisfies the request of remote network monitor control system, even the request of water supply modernization. This project sets the water supply system with constant voltage as the background, uses the network technology, data collection technology, real-time data two-way transmission technology, serial technique and object oriented programming to research the configuration of hardware and software, designation of modularization, it is the application of the wireless communication technology, computer technology, failure dialogue technique, testing technique and single-chip technique in equipment testing system.
