The advanced automation technology, controltechnology, communication and network technology application in the field of water supply,become the new requirements for the water supply system. As the demand of the urban watersupply increasing at the same time, real time monitoring of city water plant network putforward higher requirements. For urban water supply system is more stable and reliableoperation, to avoid the line pressure too high or too low adverse effects on the pipe networkand water supply, design a set of reliable and safe and steady operation, economic, applicable,efficient, energy saving, with chain protection fault tolerance but also to achieve real-timemonitoring measurement of automatic water supply system is imperative.Traditional high constant speed pump water supply, water supply and air pressure tankwater supply part several ways to solve the problems of water supply, but these methods existserious water pollution, waste, equipment service life is not long, the need to assign personnelmanagement and so on, in recent years are introduced in the water supply system frequencycontrol of motor speed technology, to solve the above problem well.City, guangdong province, this paper construction technician college school studentdormitory building new water supply requirement, design a set of PLC, frequency converterand the pressure gauge, water pump unit, computer and communication module mainlycomposed of various automatic frequency conversion constant pressure water supply and theremote monitoring system, automatic frequency conversion constant pressure operation, sincethe start frequency, remote manual control and manual control, and other functions. Systemcan effectively solve the problems that exist in the traditional way of water supply, and with avariety of auxiliary function, enhanced the reliability of the system. Pressure closed loop PID controller based on program design,using the remote transmission pressure gauge of hydraulic feedback quantity, constitute aclosed loop system, according to the change of the water, take PDD regulating mode, therange of flow in the use of variable frequency pump continuous adjustment and theclassification of the pump power frequency combination, realize the constant pressure water supply and effective energy saving.Paper discusses the rationality of using multiple parallel scheme of water supply pump,analyzes several kinds of pump more water supply water supply status and transitionconditions, analysis of the motor by frequency conversion power frequency switching processoperation mode and the existing problems. Gives the implementation effective state cycletransformation control electrical design scheme and design of PLC control program.Based on the research of the communication protocol between computer and PLC,completed the upper and lower position machine communication Settings, developedcomputer monitoring program, through the industrial control configuration software to realizethe remote monitoring and fault alarm for the water supply system.
