The heat pulse technique was well applied in determining water consumption of trees transpiration, thermal resistance of low temperature contact surface, the heat of superconductivity magnet transfer and confirming vivo electric charge center of dielectric medium thin film. But because of its high price, the application cannot obtain a better popularization. This topic-The hot pulse signal generating device-combines the knowledge of calorifics and electricity, and then researches the hot pulse signal generating device on the basis of good understanding of both calorifics and electricity.This article stresses on production and measuring technique of the hot pulse signal .The sensing technology, the examination technology, the control theory and the hot pulse technology unifies to design a hot pulse signal generating device test installation. Simultaneously one kind of new method of production and measured the calorimetry pulse is been designed. It uses semiconductor refrigeration piece to control and maintain the temperature of hot warehouse and cool warehouse. The present paper's main research content is as follows:Firstly, the research goal and the significance of this topic and the definition, generating process and each influence factor of hot pulse are briefly introduced. Also, there is a summary about hot pulse application and domestic and present foreign applied situation.Secondly, the overall design of the hot pulse signal generating device is designed, simultaneously the design of the electromagnetism thermal switch, the hot warehouse and the cold warehouse is completed.Thirdly , about the system hardware, design bases on micro controller has taken the core ADuC7026 by ARM7 the essence, and use the liquid crystal display monitor to insert the type control system. We use the sensor K thermo-element and its circuit to gather temperature signal, then sent to the ADC transformation mouth in micro controller ADuC7026. Through the micro controller and its connection electric circuit, the demonstration, judgment, the decision-making and the control of temperature signal are realized. Simultaneously the micro controller outputs suitable control quantity to drive system implementing agency - digitization silicon-controlled rectifier control circuit. Through the silicon-controlled rectifier, power is controlled. Then hot warehouse and cold warehouse separately heats up and refrigerate under its control. So the temperature of the object -hot warehouse and cold warehouse could be controlled to achieve the temperature and precision which system requests.Then, on software, the small graphical interface operating system is composed of UC/OS and GUI. It may realize the signal recuperates, function of signal, data real time display, keyboard control, data computation and so on. In addition, it can realize the better man-machine friendly contact surface.Finally, the work which has been done in this article has been summarized. For future research, some advises about imperfect place is given.
