The traditional temperature control methods usually includes resistance heating and compression refrigeration.Along with the development of semiconductor technology and thermoelectric refrigeration technology,as a new method of temperature regulation technology,semiconductor refrigeration technology is getting more and more popular in the world today.Compared with the traditional technology,it has both heating and cooling effects at the same time,and can be switched at any time by changing the current direction,not requiring any other devices.Secondly,the semiconductor refrigeration system without compressor device,quiet,efficient,clean and modular,perfect fit various micro devices,a variety of shapes,and be applied conveniently.In this thesis,a new type of temperature control system based on STC89C52 RC MCU and single-stage semiconductor refrigerator is established.The physical structure three-dimensional design of the experimental system is accomplished by using SolidWorks;and the working state of the thermoelectric cooler is controlled through the drive circuit by MCU signal with DC pulse width modulation(PWM).Experiment of identification by taking the temperature control box as a controlled object is designed to complete identification of the exact mathematic model on the MALAB platform based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.According to the object model,the intelligent control algorithm is introduced,and the fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy is adopted to adjust and optimize the parameters of the PID controller in real time.A fast,stable and accurate control with good dynamic performance is achieved.The design of the whole system is completed by using the industrial standard MODBUS protocol,which allows status and control instructions to travel through the serial port to the Force Control configuration software.
