On Situation And Measures Of Campus TV In Chongqing High Schools

The TV has already played an important role in politics, economics in modern social life after it turned up in the world and permeated in each field of the society. It changes people's life and changes the way which people know the world and changes people's mind. It takes an enormous influence on the development of the human society.As the development of the society, TV came into campus. Campus TV is a regional concept. Because it was named for spreading over the campus and its mainly audience are teachers and students. The campus TV is invested and established by schools and it belongs to "government", it becomes an important tool for school to propagate education. It also services education research, spiritual cultures, entertainments and so on as an important tool.At present, almost all high schools in Chongqing city have campus TV. However, the campus TV has serious situations and stop developing, for the causes from the campus TV itself, the inner surrounding of schools, and the surroundings of the society outside of schools. Now, the campus TV has this situation: more powerful high schools can establish a special organization or department to be in charge of managing and functioning the TV station of campus; less powerful high schools draw support from other departments to establish TV station of campus in name. The former and the later each has its own strong points, but they have some problems: rigid systems, bad managements, lack of qualified personnel, hardwares behind the times, poor TV programmes, waste of the sources television channels, backward ideas of campus TV, bad service and economic returns and social effect below standard. In accordance with the present situation of the TV of campus, the author, as a worker in campus TV in high schools in Chongqing, stated, analyzed and studied the live surroundings of the campus TV, basic structures, the way functioning and some problems in detail by the ways of interview, questionnaire, analyzed individually, reduction to absurdity and so on. The author put forward a series of measures of function and development for the campus TV. First, make clear relationships with campus TV to establish a rational organization. Second, establish a system which has a headmaster and formulate well management principles and work rules. Third, strengthen the policy of recommending, cultivating and altilizing special technical workers. Pay more attention to the protection for hardwares and make best use of them. Forth, strengthen the relationship and cooperation (including hardwares technology and qualified personnel ) with some colleges and departments, which correlated with campus TV. Fifth, establish TV programmes system in campus and a multi- functional service system which have high schools characteristics. The results of the study can give a way to high schools in Chongqing to know each other and learn from each other to make up deficiencies to spur campus TV to develop. At the same time, it also can make up the blank of studying campus TV field and provide a references for studying and practicing campus TV.
