University Digital Campus Platform Construction And Application Integration

Since the entry into the21stcentury, evolution of information technology has become oneof the most essential and most rapid technologies for the development of human society.Information technology represented by networking, digitization and intelligentization haspenetrated into every aspect of people’s life. As the important incubation bases for talents,after more than twenty years’ constructions of informatization, higher educational institutionshave basically achieved to obtain information with high speed to the desktop on the one hand,and on the other hand, they have adopted various business systems suitable to themselves aswell. Naturally, these systems have improved the institutional research, teaching andmanagement level.This paper first expounds the current status of digitalized campus construction. Thenwith combination of the actual situations of the author’s college, this paper analyzes therequirements and the existing basis of digitalized campus construction. Moreover, the papernarrates the digitalized campus construction in terms of positioning and target,implementation framework and content, as well as information standardization, and states theconstruction objectives and content of data center platform and the comprehensive queryanalysis system on campus status. At the same time, it elaborates planning and constructionon the identity authentication management system of uniform identity authentication platformand information portal management of uniform informational portal platform, includingauthorization management, personalized service and so on in detail. At last, this paperpresents detailed descriptions of integration schema and implementation on establishedplatforms of the current systems in campus, including educational administration system,books management system, one card management system, student management system,personnel system, financial management system, electronic campus administrative system,mail systems and other application systems.The digitalized campus construction as the infrastructure construction of the college, notonly provides the effective information guarantee for the development of the college, but alsobrings convenience to the management of the college. In the meanwhile, it improves the management level of the college, and provides an information platform for the students’school life as well.
