Design And Realization Of Management Information System For Railway Construction Plan

Besides, in this paper is proposed as well a framework for Web-based Management Information System for Railway Construction Plan. Some important operations come into being, such as the multi-user approval, the automatic compilation of railway construction plans. A design of cooperative decision-making mechanism is properly proposed, and the function of multi-user approval is realized, in the mean time, the subsequent problems are efficiently resolved. With improving the approximate algorithm solving the bin packing problem, the automatic compilation of railway construction plans comes into being. Furthermore, an analysis and design is carried out in detail on the following issues, the aim of system design, the modular architecture, the network security measures, and the database security measures. The functions of declaration, approval, decision support, and data output are realized. System testing indicates that these functions are comprehensive and stable and the interface of the system is friendly and simple. After the Manangement Information System for Railway Construction Plan is put into use, the managing work of railway construction plan is improved, and the railway construction became convenient and efficient. The system has gained from the users much recognition.
