Study On Management Information System Of Daily Plan For Large-type Passenger Stations

Since the raise of speed of the train several times, especially in order to adapt to theneeds of the market economy and travel characteristics of passengers, a numbers ofevening-morning, morning-evening passenger trains have been planned. However, dueto the passenger train arrival and departure is relatively concentrated, the poor passengerstation capacity has become more strained. Besides, the focus of the construction ofinformation systems in the station and depot level has been concentrated in the marshallingyard and freight station information systems research and development for a long time. Incomparison, the current Passenger Station operation management is mainly in manualstatus, it is hard for human brain to handle the instantaneous dynamic changes of thevoluminous information and the adjustment of a variety of random factors, so that it isdifficult to take full advantage of the capacity of equipment of the existing lines andshunting locomotives. As the basis for organizations of the day and shift operation, therailway daily plan comprehensive draws these messenger on a plan, including the line ofspecialization, the order and time about train occupied the line, the operation in coachpreparing station,etc, in the operation procedure of passenger station. The graph reflectsthe technical equipment load of the station, and provides a basis for coordination,renovation and expansion of station equipment. It is an important guarantee ofimplementation of the train graph. The data and information of the day plan is large and it's often organized manually. It is urgent to research and develop the large railwaypassenger station day plan management information system as an important part of railwayinformationization for the full implementation of the construction of railwayinformationization. So, It has a big significance for completing the passenger transporttasks to establish efficient and sensible daily plan, while the drawing of daily plan iscumbersome and large workload, the use of computer-aided preparation, and establishingthe daily plan management system of large-type passenger station can mitigate the heavywork of workers, and because the computer graphics is repeatable and easily modifying, itwill lay a solid foundation for station operation organization, has great significance tocarry out the information in the railway transportation.The paper is mainly to solve three aspects of the problem on the requirements analysis,designing and function realization of the passenger station daily plan managementinformation system.On the requirements analysis section,the paper has made a detailedsystem analysis on the data, function,performance and so on by considering the passengerstation day planning data process and the system design basic theory.On the system designsection, combining the related theory of system design and detailed demand analysis ofdaily plan management system, the paper has established the model of daily planmanagement information system, completed the data table structure design and basic datamanagement on the train park, lanes dictionary, train schedules system, accomplished thefunction module of day planning compiling. On the function realization section, the paperachieves the main function of the Day Program management information system by VC6.0and Oracle Database Systems: the automatic preparation and adjustment of the basic datamanagement and the day program, establishes the daily plan management system.This paper analyzes the mainly functions of passenger station and operation processof transportation organization, and introduces the related theory of daily plan. Besides, itdeeply researches the necessity of constructing information system, the business process ofdaily plan information system and the demand of daily plan system. Based on analyzingdemand analysis in detail, this paper confirms the objectives and principles of the systemdesign, constructs information model and completes the design of the system database andstructure of the module. Finally, this paper describes the design of the system function indetail, including the basic data management, automatic preparation and adjustment of daily plans and the output of operation chart files, uses VC6.0and Oracle database system tobuild the management information system of daily plans, achieves the main functions ofthe system, and briefly introduces the application process of system.
