In the construction of railway engineering, the testing work is to provide accurate technical indicators to guide scientific construction, to ensure the quality of construction projects, in the railway construction quality supervision and management work, testing as a means of railway engineering quality inspection, is through the detection of a product or project, to determine whether the quality of engineering or product quality is in line with current relevant technical standards. It is an important part of engineering quality management, and it is also a main basis for the quality inspection of railway engineering.Tianjin China Railway 10 Bureau of railway construction site testing management information system can realize monitoring station of all kinds of monitoring business processes in the system, and in line with the ISO/IEC17025 to achieve a comprehensive resource management, including:collection management, testing management, reporting management, equipment management, file management, business supervision, statistical management and system maintenance, and according to the requirements of various layers of testing laboratories to achieve all kinds of query statistics, test data statistics, test statistics, personnel workload statistics, etc.. In this paper, the JAVA technology is used for the separation of graphics and data, and the system is extended and security maintenance is studied. In this paper, based on the Server2008 SQL database technology and JAVA technology, the development of the system is analyzed and proposed solutions. First of all, the requirements of railway construction in Tianjin railway construction site in are carried out. The functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system are determined. Then the functional modules of the system are designed. JSP technology, C/S development model and MVC framework are used by this system.Finally, the implementation of each functional module is given, and some code is demonstrated. The operation of the system basically meets the needs of the users, the functional requirements of the railway construction site is realized, the information management level and the efficiency of the railway construction site are improved. In the system design and implementation and the process of the preparation of the process to learn a lot of knowledge on the railway construction site management business process has a deeper understanding of the design and implementation of large systems have a deep understanding of the design and implementation of a large number of systems.
