| There is a new round of railway construction climax nowadays. Boosting the construction of railway informationization is of great practical significance to enhance railway construction management, implement the railway construction Schedule Control, quality Control and investment control effectively, and realizes the leap-forward development of railway. In view of the present existing problems such as low reusablility,bad flexibility, bad sealability, and poor maintenance in Railway Construction Project Management Information System (RCPMIS), the paper studies the methods and technology of design and development the Railway Construction Project Management Information System based on SOA.This paper analyzes the application situation and main problems of RCPMIS based on software architecture, applies the concept of service-oriented to the method and technology for RCPMIS design and development. And then the paper summarizes the general theory and methods of service-oriented analysis and design, integrating traditional software engineering as the theoretical basis for RCPMIS analysis and design;According to SOA analysis methodology, and taking the Schedule Control which is the hardcore of RCPMIS as an example, the paper analyze and Service Modellings the RCPMIS in details; The paper makes traditonal Three-tier architecture better besed on service concept,and put forward Four-tier architecture to design RCPMIS based on SOA; According to the demand of railway construction project management,the paper divide the system into various functional module;By using the SOA design methodology,it also design the analysis result in details;Concluding and analyzing the way of implement service,then implement every level of RCPMIS by using .NET platform and Web services based on Contract Driving.Finally, the application of this information system in KuiBei railway construction management was introduced in order to show the practicability and the advancement of this system. |
