With the development of information technology, high-tech enterprises have been on the steps of human resources management system innovation by gradually in the use of the advantages of network technology. Electron flow is becoming the mainstream in the development of human resources management. Function-oriented human resources management software has been unable to meet users' needs. Human resources management system at the introduction of workflow technology in business processes are automatically deal with the technology trends and needs.In this dissertaion, we focused on the combination of human resources management and workflow, noticing the current human resources management system and the actual needs arising in the course of a typical mission flow; we pointed out that the application of the role-based work flow in human resources management system would be good for efficient management and made the system eventually become an efficient instrument.The works of this dissertation as below:1. first, this dissertation will introduce the basic concept of human resources management systems and workflow technology, and the current situation inland and overseas and the current study of analyzing the common technology;2. Secondly, this dissertaion will introduce the demanding features of human resource management; describe all the modules of human resource management system in detail.3. Through analysis of the role, RBAC model and workflow reference model, the role-based workflow model will be introduced into the system development process. From the point of view to study the role of human resource management system work flow, we analyze the role and the relationship between the flow of human resources management system that exist in a variety of roles for them to define and set the appropriate access rights;4. Then, this dissertaion will draw a complete workflow design and implementation flowchart, and describe the structure of relational databaset, and introduce a relational database, the functional modules and interface;5. Finally, sums up the whole thesis, and give out the prospects for further research..
