With the development of information technology and the progress of the society,the office automationinto every corner of societyhas become inevitable trend,and the human resource management system is an important part of office automation.Today’s electronic and process-oriented has become a trend in human resources management,in the lack of the function-oriented human resources management softwareto effectively support the business process,which can’t meet the demand of users, introduces the workflow technology in human resource management system is the need of business process automatic processing technology and trends.This article will be based on the specific needs of workflow technology research and learning, and at this stage of human resources management system, mainly to study the human resources management system and workflow combining technology, the role-based workflow management system for human resources.Analysis summarizes the enterprise business processes, business process decomposition, classification, by using the object-oriented technology, to realize separating the business logic and business process, so as to improve the business process of flexible, rapid response and achieve the best of human resources integration and enterprise management of colleges and universities.In this paper, the main work are the following:(1) Introduction to the basic theory of human resource management system and workflow technology and concepts, and the current research situation at home and abroad and common technical analysis;(2) Demand for human resources management system to analyze, summarize the specific needs of induction system, divided into modules to describe it and draw the corresponding function block diagram;(3) Analysis workflow modeling technology, combined with the actual need to select the character-oriented approach, and analyze, summarize its advantages and disadvantages. The current system design workflow, the overall design of the system, including the selection and interface design system architecture;(4) using the system workflow design and implementation of the system described in the flowchart, the structure of a relational database to describe, establish ER model diagram, using C # and SQL server2008 powerful features for the ultimate realization of functional modules and user interface development and design for combining human resource management and workflow capabilities and provide a strong support system, based on the realization of a B / S three-tier architecture of the human resources management system;(5) The system testing, writing test cases, test results obtained;(6) the full text summary, system security and other issues were discussed, and further research on the process management technologies were discussed.
