| Enhancing the strength of work of fostering and managing engineering master, improving the level of fostering persons with ability of high level professional technology for enterprises and society are very important and have realistic meaning.Aiming at the features of work of fostering engineering master, it applies theories of system engineering to research the systematic design of fostering mode. The research results are applied in real work and get good effect. It played very important role in getting the top 1 in the evaluation of work of fostering in the field of control, which was organized by the Ministry of National Education in 2005.In the paper, the Program Evaluation and Review Technique and the Critical Path Method in the theories of system engineering are improved respectively and adapted to the system of fostering engineering master. And then it combines the two methods to apply to shape improved PERT-CPM unite method. It applies the unite methods to research systematic design of the fostering mode of engineering master, analyzes the effect of fostering engineering master and research the evaluation methods.It presents Carrying out Three Big Plans and Fostering Four kinds of Abilities in the systematic design of fostering scheme of engineering master. And it ascertains the principles and methods of systematic design.In the systematic design of combination of fostering engineering master and the needs of enterprises, it presents the important measures of improving the corporation of universities and enterprises by fostering engineering master. When fostering high level persons with ability of professional technology in universities, at the same time, it makes some results of science and research can be applied in enterprises.In the system analysis and evaluation of the effect of fostering engineering master, it applies improved PERT-CPM united method to realize the system evaluation to courses learning and self-learning outside courses, also the system evaluation to the fostering effect of ability of science and research, and the system evaluation to corporation effect of universities and enterprises by engineering master.It researches the evaluation standard, evaluation indexes, evaluation methods of by fostering engineering master by the theoretic methods of system engineering. And it researches the evaluation system of fostering engineering master.
