With the development of semiconductor devices and electronic information technology, the density and speed of high speed VLSI is growing up with its function growing. The speed of the signal pulse is going faster. Design of high-speed electronic design in the entire field of the proportion is growing. But IC Chip electronic system is the direction of development of large-scale, small size, high speed, so in the design process with the reduced size of the circuit layout of the wiring density change, Moreover, due to the signal frequency is increased, as a result how to handle high-speed signal design has become a critical success. Which as a signal IC system interconnects multi-conductor transmission line its time-domain response analysis into the high speed electronic information system must be the work of the normal links?By using finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) and the perfectly matched layer (PML) absorbing boundary conditions on the plane-parallel microstrip lines of the system to do the time-domain response analysis. In the plane parallel to reduce coupling between microstrip line crosstalk problems, we use both methods, perform simulation analysis and correctly extracted from their respective main parameters, on the plane coupling microstrip line cabling design has some reference value. As microstrip transmission lines are easy to manufacture, it is to create multi-chip module monolithic microwave integrated circuits and other complex circuit of the basic unit, and makes microstrip line in a high-speed design be the focus. Because of the PCB and microstrip line corner is a frequently encountered uneven, Brunei in parallel planar coupling microstrip line also on the basis of the right corner with microstrip line and coupled two PCB boards microstrip Crosstalk between the lines for the simulation and analysis These FDTD analysis of the microstrip line can be extended to other structures, with some reference value.
