Laser carving and cutting machine as a high-thch product which includes precision mechanism,optics and electrics,it has many merits including high-speed,great efficiency,high-precision and no pollution.It has also been used widely in automobile,semiconductor devices and model making etc.During the design of laser carving and cutting machine,the design of hardware is based on TMS320DM642 high-powered DSP of TI and FPGA of ALTERA Cyclone, the design of printed circuit board(PCB)is very complex,according to the hardware circuit,research the online fault diagnosis technique of laser carving and cutting machine PCB ,and effectively resolve the problems of the PCB fault diagnosis.The article will have emphases research on the online fault diagnosis arithmetic of laser carving machine PCB, the mensurability design of the PCB and the software of PC.The final model machine on-line debug display the method in the online fault diagnosis of laser carving and cutting machine PCB attain the anticipation design demand. The main research works as follows:1,Research the diagnosis technique which is based on JTAG in laser carving and cutting machine PCB,and make the deeply analysis research on the key technical problem of JTAG;2,Contrapose the laser carving and cutting machine PCB which is based on DM642 and FPGA,analyze the tradition algorithms,research two optimization algorithms which is suitable to the PCB,the result of on-line debug display the optimization algorithms is better than the tradition algorithms;3,Research the mensurability design of the laser carving and cutting machine PCB;4,Research the PC software testing system of the laser carving and cutting machine,design the system which uses PC as platform,through the ByteBlaster parallel line implement the interlinkage of parallel port and JTAG,depend on the software implement the data traffic and the fault diagnosis of the PCB .The result of the system on-line debug display the system can achieve the online fault diagnosis of laser carving and cutting machine basically attain the anticipation design demand.
