Virtual enterprise can realize the enterprise customization, which is characterized by special function, discrete form, cooperative running and integration. And it also can adapt the customization production form. Virtual enterprise is the result of coordination between environment and enterprise. The success of VE is based on the development of times and it needs the advance technology and theory to support it.In chapter 1, the paper analyses the background of traditional company. Then it introduces characters of traditional company. Though virtual enterprise is a new word, many experts and specialists make a lot of detail research on producing, running and appraising.
