With the continuous deepening of customer’s individual requirements, the traditional manufacturing model can’t meet the needs of customers and hinder the development of the manufacturing industry. In the 21st century, the virtual enterprise, as a new organizational model, can respond quickly to seize market opportunities and market requirements. So many companies choose this manufacturing model. Virtual enterprise is also known as dynamic alliance, responding quickly to the market requirements through co-operation of several companies. Virtual enterprise is a key part of the process. How to choose the appropriate and effective partner is a key problem, so researching on the virtual enterprise partner selection system has an important meaning. Creating a virtual enterprise is inseparable from the support of information networks and cloud manufacturing as the latest manufacturing model provides a good environment for the application of virtual enterprise formation.Firstly, the paper summarizes the research status of virtual enterprises at home and abroad. On this basis, in the context of cloud manufacturing model, the paper research and analysis process of virtual enterprise. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1) The paper introduces the concepts of virtual enterprise and analyzes the process of virtual enterprise. In accordance with the mode of operation and the system architecture of cloud manufacturing, the author establishes a system model of virtual enterprise cooperation and formate the process model based on manufacturing. According to the above results, the paper researchs the impact of cloud manufacturing to virtual enterprise.(2)Combined with the characteristics of cloud manufacturing model, this paper established an evaluation system based on cloud-oriented manufacturing of virtual enterprise partner selection. The paper use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select partners through analyzing and comparing the common methods of evaluation method, then use genetic algorithms to optimize the combination partners. At last, the paper uses examples to prove its feasibility.(3)According to the virtual enterprise operational mechanism, the paper research collaborative management of virtual enterprise running from four runs. First, the paper research management of virtual enterprise partner, including the contents of the virtual enterprise synergy and partner management. Then the paper study collaborative management of virtual enterprise. Then the paper research virtual enterprise risk management mechanism based on the risk of virtual enterprise operation existing. Finally, the paper research the problem of virtual enterprise culture research and strategy.(4)Combined with computer-related knowledge, the paper uses B/S three-tier architecture system, the paper develops partner selection system platform of cloud manufacturing and design important platform module.
