With the rapid development of information technology today, home-school links education information system has become one of the important components in the management of Education. In recent years, the rapid spread of "home school links" system help schools built a platform in which teachers, students and their parents can interactive and communication. Teachers can send the performance of students at school to their parents by E-mail. Parents, schools can also communicate through the network of Web. However, due to the unpopularity of computer network and the other problems, Web-based communications have to suffer a lot of issues. How to enhance the speed of communication and aimed to build a real-time system; How can the parents not only receive the information from school and also can initiatively to acquire students information; How to communication without the Web service. These are the key problems I want to resolve in my paper.According to comparing with the traditional "home school links "system, I developed a student's management system. The system combines radio frequency identification technology, mobile communications network technology, and computer network technology as an integrated information management system,aiming at guaranteeing the safety of school student's access and strengthening the information communication between parents and schools. Integrating system management applications designed to achieve three subsystems, namely: non-contact IC card data acquisition subsystem. SMS transceiver subsystem and database subsystem. Software development environment is Visual C + + 6.0.Non-contact IC card data acquisition subsystem is the key data sources in the entire system. It must guarantee the accuracy of the collected data and then stored them in the database table. Data acquisition equipments are the models of EAR-100AS reader, using RS-485 as the underlying communication interface. PC software program are designed for data processing. I use the multithreaded serial programming category CSerialPort, avoiding the complex framework of the preparation. The advantage is that I can fix my research on the communication and data analysis. Non-contact IC card reader and PC communication strictly abide by the reader communication protocol, to achieve three shook hands, This can basically guarantee the accuracy of data transmission. I developed a RS485 to RS232 Intelligent Interface Module, using low-power microprocessor ATtiny26 to achieve PC transceiver to enable control. Micro-process's voltage is 3V and the frequency is 1MHZ.It can work normally just with the serial supply.SMS transceiver subsystem take in charge of sending the students'attendance information to their parents and make their parents could initiatively acquire students information. It's the important part of this system. According to study the theory, the short messages are sent by AT command and coded in PDU mode. On this basis, short message service and traditional database query technology combines to allow parents to gain the student information. The designation of GSM transmission module use Siemens industrial-phone module MC39i. The communication between PC and MC39i control module is according to UART. I also designed the start circuits, circuit of SIM card as part of the MC39i short message transmission module. Short Message sent and inquiry functions depend on database query technology, applying SQL language.In addition to storage of students naturally information, performance information, and other information in school, the database subsystem mainly responsible for non-contact IC card data and the storage management of SMS data collection. On this basis, I developed upper management application software which is the management system's "window." Including information on students browse and query functions. It also can check SMS transceiver and management of the IC card of the data records. Manager can send the error SMS manually.At last, we test the function of the whole system. The test results achieve the target that we designed in the beginning.
