As an integrated intelligent calendar systems, consumer card system to database technology as the core, computer network as a transmission path, the use of non-contact IC card as the main carrier of information to various types of credit card machine as a consumer terminals, thus the formation of a new intelligent charging management system. In a variety of enterprises, institutions have a wide range of applications. Users only need to hold one kind of balance sufficient authorized and IC cards, namely in the appropriate environment to complete hardware facilities rely on a variety of consumer process.This thesis from the current Ethernet has covered the entire campus basis, and the use of existing equipment and network resources, can greatly reduce the credit card billing system development costs. And on this basis, take advantage of the growing maturity of the current database technology, and establish to B / S model as a framework for canteen card billing system. Considering the current coexistence of multi-campus university, the use of distributed database implemented on multiple campuses canteen card billing system unified management. And expect this system, based on a more comprehensive functional derivative Development Campus "One Card" system.In view of the current situation of college canteen credit card billing system, this paper studies on this system is mainly divided into five parts. The first part discussed the research status of the research meaning, background and credit card billing system, including the development history of domestic and international credit card billing system, and the current application status of this system. The second part analyzes the current main techniques to implement credit card billing system, and the various techniques are discussed, in order to determine the related technology credit card billing system designed in this paper. The third part analysis the canteen credit card billing system from feasibility, through the angle of functional requirements and non-functional requirements. The feasibility analysis is carried out from the aspects of system implementation, the use of technology and economy, and functional requirements analysis considers each function module of the system requirements, and as the basis for the design and implementation of the system. Finally, the non-functional requirements analysis of the system, it mainly analyzes from two aspects of the overall requirements and performance requirements. The fourth part carries on the design to the system, including the terminal design, system function design of consumption, bank transfer function design, security design and the system database design. The fifth part mainly discusses the realization of a system. Considering the characteristics of canteen credit card fee system, user management, system work center, consumer information search and bank transfer to achieve. The database designs of distributed idea, and the establishment of a database in the form of organization and the specific content of the distributed architecture, the optimization of database storage and query, ensure the security of data, in order to achieve a safe and stable canteen credit card fee system.
